I've lived it and as a licensed Realtor in Boca Raton, FL, I've been across the table from families living it too.
A pattern emerged. They were people trying to piece together one of the most significant transitions of their lives using a fragmented patchwork of professionals who weren't coordinated.

Stacy is a licensed Realtor and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) serving Boca Raton and surrounding communities. With a deep personal connection to senior transitions, she founded Clear the Way Home to give families the coordinated, compassionate support they deserve during one of life's most significant chapters.
Stacy's Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, earned through the National Association of REALTORS®, means she has undergone specialized training in the unique financial, legal, and emotional dimensions that accompany senior transitions. But beyond credentials, she brings things that cannot be certified like compassion, patience, and a deep respect for your pace, your priorities, and your story.
Stacy Bradford is based in Boca Raton, FL and proudly serves seniors and their families throughout Palm Beach County. When not working with families, she is a member of The Rotary Club of Boca Raton and volunteers at Boca Helping Hands and various other locations around the area. She also spends time with her dog, Sonny because life outside of work is what reminds us what this work is really for.
