We are currently seeking partners in the following fields:

• Senior Tax Planning Professionals
• Geriatric Care Managers
• Senior Home Modification Specialists

STAM™ is a vetted certification that recognizes professionals who deliver compassionate, coordinated support during senior transitions. Members become part of a trusted referral network that helps families simplify downsizing, relocation, legal preparation, estate liquidation, tax optimization, care coordination, and accessibility upgrades 

• Receive high-quality referrals from Clear The Way Home clients

• Gain prominent listing on clearthewayhome.com

• Participate in collaborative marketing to senior audiences

• Join a team-based approach that puts senior well-being first

The process is straightforward and typically completed in 2–3 weeks:

1. Submit a short application
2. Complete a 20–30 minute interview with Stacy Bradford
3. Provide two professional or client references and verify current licensing/insurance

All members must agree to the STAM™ Code of Ethics, which emphasizes senior dignity, clear communication, transparency, confidentiality, and teamwork.

All members agree to uphold the following standards:

1. Prioritize the dignity, safety, and emotional well-being of seniors and their families.
2. Communicate promptly and clearly with the client, realtor, and other team members.
3. Provide transparent pricing and avoid upselling services not needed.
4. Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
5. Work collaboratively as part of the Senior Transition Alliance team.
6. Respond to referrals within 48 hours and deliver services with compassion and professionalism.
7. Hold and maintain all required professional licenses and insurance.
